Email appending is the process of finding and adding missing email addresses to your contact list by matching names and postal addresses against our 750 million-record database to return the most accurate email for each individual.
Yes, we can! For files with over 75,000 records, we offer complimentary USPS Address Update (CASS & NCOA). This service standardizes addresses and updates any moves from the past 48 months, enhancing both email match rates and the accuracy of your name and address data. The most common services are business email append and consumer email append. We also offer reverse email append, which starts with an email address and matches it to the corresponding name, postal address, and phone number.
Our email append accuracy typically ranges from 75% to 87%. We use a proprietary matching algorithm that appends at both the individual and household levels. All emails are then verified and scrubbed to ensure up to 98% deliverability.
