Phone append is a process which adds missing phone numbers to your mailing lists.

Why Append Phones?

Adding phones to your list enables you to do telemarketing, SMS, create custom audiences on social media, etc. for the purpose of customer acquisition or retention.

What are the Various Kinds of Phone Services?

Phone Append Service

What the Service Does:

Datazapp attaches ("appends") Cell Phones closely associated with each of your list's contacts.
(Max 1 Cell per row)

Step #1 - File

You'll need a spreadsheet file.

This can be a .csv or Excel file (.xlsx or .xls)

Step #2 - Format

Ensure Names and Addresses are in your list.

Names can either be broken into First & Last columns, or together in one column.

Addresses must be separated into 4 columns:

  • Address (ex. 123 Main St)
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
** This is an example, your list does not need to be in this exact format

Example, select “Phone Append” if you need Cell numbers, but leave other options blank if you do not need that info.

Match-up ("map") the data fields to your column headers using the dropdown menu's below.
